Kearsney Bowling Club

Your local Lawn Bowls club is inviting all local residents: ladies, men and juniors, to
come and have a try. Former bowlers are also very welcome to join us.

We compete in many friendly matches through the season, as well as club
competitions, Dover League games and County and National competitions.

Anyone wishing to try the game is welcome to join us on our Open Day on 04 May from
2pm. Members and coaches will be available for demonstration and advice.

Club membership for new members is just £20 for the first year, entitling members to
make use of the facilities through the bowling season and through the winter months
when we have regular social evenings and several Sunday lunches.

MANURE CUSTOMERS

We have had the sad situation of saying ‘Goodbye’ to two of our very veteran horses
this winter, but we still have our little mare and so although there is not so much
manure now, should you need some for your gardens, then send me a message, or
email, or put a note through our annexe letterbox at the front of our long, narrow path
of 40 Canterbury Road, Lydden and I can arrange for your order of it in 50p bags.
